Whereas;

                The American Civil Liberties Union has as its stated purpose, "The Downfall of the United States,"

                The American Civil Liberties Union is listed as a Subversive Organization with Homeland Security,

                The American Civil Liberties Union has done everything within its power to harm American Culture and further the rights of America's enemies,

              It is concluded that The American Civil Liberties Union is indeed a subversive organization and as it states, its goal is the downfall of The United States.

Whereas;

                 The American Civil Liberties Union pursues its goals primarily by using the United States' court system via litigation,

                 The American Civil Liberties Union's main strategy to defeat fair and legal matters (Hazelton Pa.) is by using intimidation in court,

                  The American Civil Liberties Union, much to everyone's surprise, is gradually succeeding in its stated goal,

                  It is concluded that the American Civil Liberties Union MUST be stopped.

Therefore be it resolved that we the undersigned demand that legislation be put in place to:

                 1.  Forbid Subversive organizations access to the American Court System.  There are precedents for this. 

                 2.  Activist judges who permit access to the courts by subversive organizations be removed from office and punished.
