Letter from a teacher...
Do you know that we have adult students at the school where I teach who are not US citizens and who get the PELL grant, which is a federal grant (no pay back required) plus other federal grants  to go to school?
 
One student from the Dominican Republic told me that she didn't want me to find a job for her after she finished my program, because she was getting  housing from our housing department and she was getting PELL grant which paid for her total tuition and books, plus money left over.    She was looking into WAIT which gives students a CREDIT CARD for gas to come  to school, and into CARIBE which is a special program (check it out - I did) for immigrants and it pays for child care and all sorts of needs while they go to school or training.   The one student I just mentioned told me she was not going to be a US citizen because she plans to return to the Dominican Republic someday and that she 'loves HER country.'
 
I asked her if she felt guilty taking what the US  is giving her and then not even bothering to become a citizen and she told me that it doesn't bother her, because that is what the money is there for!
 
I asked the CARIBE administration about their program and if you ARE a US Citizen, you don't qualify for their program.  And all the while, I am working a full day, my son-in-law works more than 60 hours a week, and everyone in my family works and pays for our education. Something is wrong here.

This United Nations yearly document reported that opium production in Afghanistan increased 17% in 2007. The executive summary said that "in 2007, Afghanistan cultivated 193,000 hectares of opium poppies, an increase of 17% over last year. The amount of Afghan land used for opium is now larger than the corresponding total for coca cultivation in Latin America (Colombia, Peru and Bolivia combined). Favourable weather conditions produced opium yields (42.5 kg per hectare) higher than last year (37.0 kg/ha). As a result, in 2007 Afghanistan produced anextraordinary 8,200 tons of opium (34% more than in 2006), becoming practically the exclusive supplier of the world's deadliest drug (93% of the global opiates market). Leaving aside 19th century China, that had a population at that time 15 times larger than today's Afghanistan, no other country in the world has ever produced narcotics on such a deadly scale."

Dodd and Schumer prove they were born yesterday:

In an interview with Chris Wallace on Fox News both Senators Dodd and Schumer referred to the present economic downturn as the second recession in Bush's administration.

I used to hear people say that, "Do you think I was born yesterday?"  I really didn't understand the remark until I was no longer born yesterday.  Now, when some fool like Dodd says this is Bush's second recession, I can remember when the market began crashing in March 2000.  Clinton was president.  Bush wasn't even a candidate yet, but it was Bush's recession, no doubt.  The housing crisis that's bringing everything to its knees began in 1989 when his father was still president.  It's the result of wide spread Appraisal Fraud, enabled by the Appraisal Foundation and the manadate that appraisers be state certified.  The state certifications made it easy to become a real estate appraiser, so thousands did.

Senators Dodd and Schumer apparently actually were born yesterday.  They don't remember these fiasco's.  One might ask, why is something that happened so long  ago the cause of something happening now?  This is why.  The longer a boat is, the longer it takes to get it to change directions - to turn.  The Ship of State takes between ten and twenty years for a fundamental change like this one to manifest its consequences.

Those joining the meeting were: Sharaf Mowjood, Government Relations Coordinator of the Council on American-Islamic Relations, Greater Los Angeles Area; Salam Al-Marayati, Executive Director of the Muslim Public Affairs Council; Rabbi Allan Freehling, Executive Director of the L.A. City Human Relations Commission; Rabbi Steven Jacobs, Rabbi Emeritus of Temple Kol Tikvah; Rev. Peter Laarman, Executive Director of Progressive Christians Uniting; and Rev. Darrel Meyers, Friends of Sabeel.

Al-Marayati asked for the senator to take a leadership role in urging Israel to end its blockade of humanitarian relief for Gazans.

"Senator Boxer, as a member of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee and the Subcommittee on Near Eastern Affairs, must break the silence on the humanitarian crisis and suffering in Gaza," said Al-Marayati. "There is a growing interfaith peacemaking community that she should listen to as opposed to the war-making industry in Washington."

Mowjood said Israel’s blockade had caused severe food shortages, worsened the healthcare system and nearly collapsed the water and sewage systems for the 1.5 million people of Gaza.

“Our Administration’s silence on Palestinians’ suffering and the lack of a call for a ceasefire indicate that our Administration places less value on the lives of Palestinians than Israelis,” Mowjood said.

Rev. Laarman urged Senator Boxer to take the initiative in furthering peacemaking efforts in the region.

“We, in the progressive religious community, were saddened and disappointed at the failure of so many political leaders, especially one as well-known for her peacemaking work as Barbara Boxer, for not having spoken out on the horrendous suffering of Palestinians in Gaza or on the threat to a resolution of the conflict posed by the new settlements in the West Bank,” Peter Laarman.

Rabbi Freehling said he stands with the Muslim American community in their grave concern over the profound suffering of too many Palestinians and Israelis. He reminded the senator of their long-standing relationship, and urged her to remain steadfast in pursuing peace in the region despite the pressure she must be facing from special interest groups.

The leaders expect to hear back from the senator's office in a week's time.  

MaybeSenator Boxer coujld ask those Muslim leaders to take a leadership role in asking the Palestinians in the Gaza strip to stop sucide bombing and shelling Israel.  I bet Israel would trat them better if they weren't such a threat.   Is Boxer that creative?

Guerilla Lawyers

In a Wall Street Journal Article (March 8, 2007) Debra Burlingame nails the media with the truth.  The first Hero to die in Iraq was Johnny "Mike" Spann.  He was interrogating prisoners when attacked by 538 Taliban.  He was beaten and booby-trapped, found with two bullets in his head fired execution style.  One of the men pulled out of the Taliban strong hold was Nassar Nijer Al-Mutairi, defiant and resistant to arrest.  He is now a free man, living in Kuwait, we think.

Mutairi was imprisoned at Gitmo.  His freedom is a story of amazing perfidy on the part of well paid lawyers hired to change the way America looks at the Gitmo prisoners and the terrorist enemies of freedom.  Mutairi was one of twelve arrested that day in Afghanistan. Their affluent families hired Lawyer Tom Wilner and the pricey law firm of Shearman and Sterling.  The litigation they initiated, later lumped under the title of "Rasul vs. Bush" when three cases were joined, began a firestorm of litigation.  This began while New York City was still digging body parts out of the wreckage of the Trade Center Towers.

By 2004, the families of the twelve detainees at gitmo had paid $2 Million in legal fees, although it was later learned that the government of Kuwait was paying the bill.  Shearman and Sterling said they donated the fees to 911 related causes, so, if that's true, they volunteered to do this.

Shearman and Sterling is over a thousand lawyers strong with offices all over the world.  Burlingame says it nicely, "Shearman and Sterling ... are sworn officers of the court volunteering to represent alien enemy combatants in a time of war, interjecting themselves in cases that affect how American soldiers on the battlefield do their job."

Shearman and Sterling accepted these men as clients, taken with smoking AK47's in their hands and represented them as a "quiet engineering student from Hamburg and a nice Saudi kid with the dream of learning to fly." (but not to land?)  

Shearman and Sterling created a war of pictures.  They hired a Montreal based marketing firm to feed propoganda to the media which was aired, unsourced, unrebutted, and uninvestigated world-wide.  They circulated pictures of Kuwaiti families in tee shirts laying baseball.  Within a year, their propoganda had produced thousands of news pieces aimed at legitimizing these Taliban criminals.  Photographs were fed to credible media that created human interest stories which were echoed in media all over the world.  Mutairi is a perfect example of how easy it is to manipulate the liberal media. He is described by them as a "member of an apolitical, peaceful sect of missionaries... went to Afghanistan in October 2000 to 'minister in the small mosques and schools' in the country's poorer regions."

Burlingame goes on to say, "Allowing lawyers to subvert the truth and transform the Constitution into a lethal weapon in the hands of our enemies - while casting themselves as Patriots - makes a mockery of the sacrifices made by true patriots like Mike Spann. If Seators Patrick Leahy and Arlen Spector ... succeed in their plan to turn enemy combantant cases over to the federal courts, we will sorely rue the day that we eliminated 'Lawyer Free Zones.'"

Footbasins for Muslims in KC Airport

WND started with...

The Kansas City International Airport has added several foot-washing basins in restrooms to accommodate a growing number of Muslim taxicab drivers who requested the facilities to prepare for daily Islamic prayer, WND has learned.

The move concerns airport police who worry about Middle Eastern men loitering inside the building. After 9/11, the airport beefed up its police force to help prevent terrorist attacks.

"Why are we constructing places of worship for them inside our airports?" said an airport official who requested anonymity. "Why are we catering to their rituals? We don't do it for any other religion."

Your basic dhimmitude story, right? But KMBC TV countered with this;

Airport Debunks Islamic Footwashing Myth

The story from WorldNetDaily.com claims that Kansas City International Airport built foot-washing basins for Islamic taxi drivers. The article alleges that airport police are afraid of Middle Eastern men who congregate near the wash areas.KCI spokesman Joe McBride said the story isn't true.

"It's a case of mistaken information on the Internet and we're trying to clear it up," McBride said.

Taxi drivers said they comprise people from all over the world -- not just the Mideast."All (kinds of) cab drivers we have here -- Somalis, Christians, Jews, Orthodox. Everybody we have here, every nationality," taxi driver Abdul Sharif said.

McBride said the wash stations were installed about a year ago when the airport expanded the taxi facility and added another bathroom. He said the wash stations weren't made for the exclusive use of anyone or any group in particular."The guys making a big issue out of it -- it's not just for Muslims," taxi driver Shareif El-Mahdi said."I think the Internet article blew it out of proportion. (It) had the wrong info about the facilities, gave the wrong impression. I think once people learn the facts, they'll see it's not a big deal at all," McBride said.

Unfortunately, the ever inquizative reporters at KMBC allowed the airport spokesmen to  to totally avoid the point and go unquestioned. First of all, Christians, Jews and people of other faiths don't require footbasins, nor would they ever demand them. Muslims do.

Secondly, ""The Council on American-Islamic Relations has pressed government agencies and businesses to install the foot basins in restrooms."" CAIR doesn't act on behalf of "every group of people. CAIR acts on behalf of Muslims in an effort to establish Sharia Law in the United States.

The controversial Muslim lobby group advises employers to allow Muslim workers time to perform both the washing ritual and prayer, which "is usually about 15 minutes," according to a pamphlet CAIR publishes called, "An Employer's Guide to Islamic Religious Practices."

If you need more proof, a public college in Minnesota has installed foot basins in an effort to please Muslims.

With regards to Minneapolis Airport's Muslim cab drivers, in 2006 the Muslim American Society of Minneapolis (MAS) issued a "fatwa" (religious edict) to the Minneapolis Airport Commission (MAC). The fatwa advised MAC that Islamic law prohibits Muslims from being around the sin of alcohol and Muslim cabbies refused to transport any passenger fares who had packed sealed alcoholic products in their luggage. Other Muslim taxi drivers at the airport also refused to transport passengers with dogs — including guide dogs. Muslims consider not only pork to be unclean but, dogs also. After a great deal of foot-dragging and stalling, MAC finally voted on the Muslim cabbies' demands, in April. With a unanimous 11-0 vote, Minneapolis Airport commissioners agreed to suspend airport taxi drivers who refuse fares. The first offense will carry a 30-day suspension and repeat offenses will result in 2-year taxi license revocations. Note:  This is highly unusual, as lately all too many Muslim demands have been met with submission to them.

Scandal?   With the Clintons?  Who would have thought it?

Do you sense there is some large mass of dark matter, an unseen Scandal Star, the gravitational pull of which is warping the coverage of what seems, on the surface, a pretty dull presidential race? I do. So does Ron Rosenbaum. I thought the Dark Star was the Edwards affair allegation. But Rosenbaum says "everyone in the elite Mainstream media" knows about another juicy scandal that the LAT is supposedly sitting on. I guess this is proof that I'm not in the elite, because I don't know what he's talking about. ... My vestigial Limbaugh gland tells me it must involve a Democrat, or else the Times would have found a reason to print it. ... P.S.: If it's just Richardson, that will be very disappointing.

I'm placing my money on the lesbian-Hillary angle.

If you examine the candidates connected by the gossip columnists to current sex scandals, Hillary leads the way with her Huma connection (and Bill with his connections).

Within a couple of hours of reading Mickey Kaus's report above, I blitzed more than 30 sources (most of them journalists) for what they know about this matter. None of them could identify the purported LA Times story.

My dialogue with my sources left me with no doubt Tuesday night (Oct. 30) that Hillary's made passes at women and that Muslim Huma Abedin is Hillary's most likely source of romantic and sexual love.

Michelle Cottle writes in the Aug. 13, 2007 New York magazine: "Huma Abedin, Hillary's beautiful, enigmatic "body person," spends nearly every waking minute with Hillary and so has the best sense of her daily rhythms and routines."

Even if the Ron Rosenbaum report is complete nonsense (as LAT's editorial assistant editor Matt Welch asserts below), the mainstream media will come under increasing pressure (as Hillary waltzes to the Democratic nomination and assumes front runner status in the general election) to probe Hillary's love life (or lack of it) and to examine the numerous assertions (by such persons as Dick Morris, Edward Klein, etc) that she bats for the other team.

Like the rest of us, Hillary needs love. Unlike the rest of us, Hillary is powerful enough to get what she wants.

Like any woman, Hillary needs hugs and comfort and solace. She's not had that regularly from Bill for many years. Where's it coming from? Huma is the source that makes the most sense.

Sull emails: "You say everyone needs love, hugs etc. Definitely true, and I started wondering about Condi. Where is she getting her love and hugs?"

Illegal Immigration: Hazelton v ACLU

Now, I always thought that the "A" in ACLU stood for American. And, illegal immigrants are not American, nor entitled to Constitutional protection

We see yet again that the ACLU cares more about protecting the non existant rights of people who break our laws, people who are not even citizens nor looking for citizenship, much like with terrorists, over the legal, law abiding citizens of the United States. I just have to ask, whose side are they on?

The Hazleton laws were prompted by a number of high-profile crimes involving illegal immigrants. Two illegal immigrants from the Dominican Republic were charged in May 2006 with shooting and killing a 29-year-old man, and a 14-year-old boy was arrested for firing a gun at a playground.

In court papers, Hazleton said illegal immigrants have committed at least 47 crimes since last spring, consuming much of the city's police overtime budget. Illegal immigrants were the subject of one-third of all drug arrests in 2005, and they have driven up the costs of health care and education, the city said.

So, the city took measures. Most of the residents do not seem to mind, But, the ACLU has decided to stick their pink noses into Hazelton's business and forced the city to give the illegal's rights and the freedom to break the law.

The article points out that many immigrants are Puerto Ricans, are there legally, and feel harrassed. Well, if they are there legally, then they have no reason to worry. If more towns, and counties, states, and the federal government, would get off the snide, and pass harsh laws against illegals, then those that appear hispanic wouldn't have to worry about being "reported." Because there would be few illegals in the country. We couldn't stop them all, but we could make it difficult to get work, to get healthcare, to get a place to live, by slapping high fines on companies and businesses that support illegals. And we have every right to do so. The Constitution in no way states that we have to coddle illegals and those who provide support. Apparently the ACLU has read a different Constitution then I have.

Volunteers with the Minuteman Project in Arizona say "legal observers" sent by the ACLU to monitor the citizen border patrol have been seen smoking marijuana in violation of the law.

Photographs were posted on the website of the South East Arizona Republican Club after Minuteman participants reported they saw, and smelled, the ACLU workers smoking pot.

Eleanor Eisenberg, executive director of the ACLU of Arizona, did not respond to a request for comment given to her assistant by WorldNetDaily.

As WND reported, ACLU activists shadowing the Minuteman Project at the U.S.-Mexican border are actively aiding and abetting aliens attempting to enter the country illegally, according to a spokesman for the volunteer civilian force.

Grey Deacon told Joseph Farah's nationally syndicated "WorldNetDaily RadioActive" audience Friday that ACLU monitors sent to the border to watch Minuteman activity and report civil-liberties abuses to authorities have begun flashing lights, sounding horns and warning off illegals and their "coyote" human smugglers from entering territory patrolled by the volunteers.

"They are actively engaging in criminal activity," said Deacon.

Deacon said the ACLU activists are resorting to new tactics because of the success the Minuteman Project is having in assisting the Border Patrol in spotting illegal aliens and in generating publicity about the insecure U.S.-Mexico border.

The ACLU dispatched its representatives to the 23-mile section of the Arizona border patrolled by the Minutemen after predicting the group would abuse the rights of illegal aliens. No such abuses have materialized to date.

"The ACLU's position is that illegal aliens have a right to enter our border and stay in this country as long as they want," said Deacon. "That's what one of the leaders of the group told me personally."

A volunteer reported, according to the South East Arizona Republican Club, "The ACLU is getting desperate to get something on the Minutemen and are trying to provoke incidents now."

"They pushed one of the Minutemen the other night trying to get him to push back. Didn't work. Then last night they walked up and shined a spotlight right in a Minuteman's face from six inches or so away. Didn't work that time either. We immediately report these types of contacts with them to the sheriff to counter any claims they try to make against us. They should be called the UCLU (Un-American Civil Lawsuit Union).

"They give us the middle finger every chance they get to try to get us to react. We are still trying to figure out if that is their age or IQ."

I believe that we all should respect other people's traditions and believes. It was extremely wrong of the dutch to print such abusive cartoons related to a Holy personality. I don't remember any abusive article or cartoon printed by the Muslim media which might hurt the religious believes of Jews or Christens. Second Muslim in Congress

“We offer congratulations to Representative Carson, whose election demonstrates the strength of our political system and the growing positive role of American Muslims in our society,” said CAIR Legislative Director Corey Saylor. He said the other Muslim in Congress is Rep. Keith Ellison (D-MN).

Saylor also noted that the political participation of American Muslims is increasing. Just this week, Muslims from around the nation held more than 70 Capitol Hill meetings with representatives and congressional staffers. Those meetings focused on issues such as racial profiling, citizenship delays and anti-hunger initiatives.

The Washington-based Islamic civil rights and advocacy group recently led a four-week effort that produced more than 17,000 constituent letters on the issue of Israel’s blockade of humanitarian aid to the Gaza Strip.

CAIR, America's largest Islamic civil liberties group, has 35 offices and chapters nationwide and in Canada. Its mission is to enhance the understanding of Islam, encourage dialogue, protect civil liberties, empower American Muslims, and build coalitions that promote justice and mutual understanding.

The Ultimate

Small Game

My Dad died about two years ago.  When my brother and I were small boys, Dad took us out on the mountain and taught us to shoot.   He had a Remmington .22 rifle with open sites.  He explained about how to be aware of where the bullet would go if we missed our target.  The trajectory of a bullet was one of the subjects he lectured about.  Fire Arm safety was a HUGE issue.  He told us about the checks and balances in the American Government and that private fire arm ownership is the Last Check and Balance.  Whether we need to kill to eat was irrelevant. We needed to maintain our weapons and our skills to protect our country and our hard won rights.

When we were old enough, we hunted rabbits, squirrels, ground hogs, deer, turkeys, grouse, pheasants and bear. Neither my brother nor I hunt any more.  He lives near Los Angeles; not a good place to go hunting.  Where I live is more rural but my time is limited and I would far rather photograph the animals than kill them and eat them. 

When Dad died in 2005, he left me a number of fire arms, his hunting rifles.  Among them, to my surprise was a Daisy/Heddon BB Rifle, in good condition.

This afternoon, I was sitting on the back porch enjoying a beautiful North Florida afternoon when several Carpenter Bees began buzzing around the house's eaves. That's the bee that makes .45 caliber holes in my walls and plants eggs so that next year, more Carpenter Bees will make more holes in my house.  I've tried spraying them and swatting them. I even asked them nicely a few times to go make holes somewhere else.  They ignore me.  A passing fantasy informed me that a 12 gauge shot gun could bring them down.  Then I started thinking that a small fire arm with bird shot could do the trick without the danger of the shot carrying onto someone else's property. 

I got up and went into the house, and there before my eyes was my Dad's BB rifle.  I loaded it, took it outside and shot three Carpenter Bees ON THE WING with that BB gun.  The second one I got with only two shots.  The other two took a while, but I got them.  I couldn't help thinking how my Dad would have laughed if I could have told him about shooting Bees -> on the wing <-with a BB gun.

The Daisy BB Rifle is a fine weapon.  It's very accurate at close range - 25 yards or so.  It's fun to shoot.  The shot doesn't carry very far or have damaging effects, unless it hits glass or something painted.

The Carpenter Bee is an elusive and wary prey, a challenge to find and more of a challenge to hit with a BB.  They're a damned pest and nuisance so no one objects to killing them and the BB is a kinder death than bug spray.

The Obamanations of the United Church of Christ:

The United Church of Christ (The UCC) was born in the 1950's when the denominations of the Christian Church, the Evangelical and Reformed Church and the Congregational Church joined hands under the slogan, "That they may all be one."  It was a real spirit of ecuminism, an attempt to bring back some of the many splinters of the bodies of Christ under one umbrella.  Who would think, as they said, that a large spiritual group would be so splintered when their main teaching is "that you shall love one another."  the truth is that Christians, for the most part, just can't get along with each other.  People are just too selfish, self righteous and bigoted.  In the 1960's the UCC distinguished itself by being among the first Christian denominations to ordain openly practising homosexuals and women. They recently further distinguished themselves by sanctifying homosexual marriage.  What's next?  Pedophilia? 

The Congregational element of the UCC is from Nastychusets, the home of the "Man Boy Love Association."  Pedophilia could well be next for sanctification.

Am I judging the church based on my own prejudices?  Well let's see...  The church claims to base everything on Scripture.  According to the Holy Bible, their basis, Homosexual acts are an "abomination."  This is not a gray area.  The church has deviated (no pun intended) from its scriptural home and its Christian-Judeo roots.  It comes as no surprise to me that a minister (Reverend Wright) of the United Church of Christ has also deviated from his chosen path of minister and interpreter of Holy Writ to political activism. His "God Damn America" rhetoric doesn't surprise me, but his rampant and rabid racism does. It amuses me how his use of dialect changes when his audience changes from inner city Muslim Blacks, like Barack Hussein to the cultured tones of an educated man when he addresses white audiences.  His deviance lends a whole new definition to the word hypocracy.

Four Senators vying to lead America, but won't or Don't
have the courage to cast a vote in favor of "English"  as
America 's Official Language when 91% of American Citizens
want English officially designated as our language.

This is the second time in the last several months this
list of Senators have disgraced themselves as "policital
Hacks"..... Unworthy as Senators and certainly unqualified
to serve as President of the United States .

If America is as angry as I am, you will realize a
backlash so stunning it will literally "rock you out of
your panties".... ..... And preferably totally out of the
United States Senate.

The entire immigration bill is a farce... Your action only
confirms this really isn't about America .....it is about
self-serving politics......despicable at best.

7. We have a highly progressive income tax. The tax code rewards bad choices and punishes good ones. Russia has moved to a 13% flat tax. So we have Karl Marx’s tax system and Russia has Steve Forbes’. If you don’t see a problem here, you are probably a registered democrat.

8. Abortion is the Sacrament of the Feminist Church. It is the ultimate celebration of the separation of a woman from her nature. Feminists like this and will go to any lengths to protect this so-called right. There is no abortion argument that is not rooted in feminist rage, personal inconvenience, or self loathing.

9. The fundamental difference between Liberals and Conservatives is - Liberals see every new life as a potential problem and a burden. Conservatives see every new life as a potential source of creativity and wealth. Allow me to elaborate a little bit on that. When your view of your responsibility to your fellow citizen is to take care of them through government planning and government force, every new person born becomes another mouth to feed – another person to educate – another burden on the state’s resources. If you are a liberal you believe that resources are limited and there is only so much to go around. You see yourself or government policy as the arbiters of who gets what. A conservative understands that new wealth is created every time human creativity acts on a resource and is unlimited. To a conservative, life is a blessing. To a liberal life is a curse. (Does this clarify their love of abortion and euthanasia?)

10. There is no conclusive evidence that humans have caused global warming. It is the hoax of the century, and it makes a lot of people a lot of grant money. It also makes a convenient excuse for putting a global governor on capitalism to make the world fair for dictators and socialist welfare states. So, why not teach it to our kids and let’s pretend that it’s true? UPDATE: EVEN THE UN IS NOW HAVING DOUBTS AND SCIENTISTS ARE WARNING THAT WE MAY BE RETURNING TO THE MINI ICE AGE OF THE 16 AND 1700’s.

New wealth is created where wealth did not exist before when a human acts on a resource – and humans can only do that when they are free. (see: North Korea and Palestine) Taxes are restrictions on freedom.

19. The Second Amendment [to the US constitution] is the essential counterbalance to the fearsome power of lawmaking, and it means exactly what it says. ["A well-regulated Militia being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms shall not be infringed."] If you are a lawmaker and this amendment makes you nervous; good! As long as you stay nervous you have nothing to fear.

20. In our Republic, God is a necessary legal concept. This is not a Democracy, it is a Representative Constitutional Republic and there is a big difference. In case you are wondering why so many of the Socialists out there want God out of everything in our public life there is a real utilitarian reason for this. It is not just that the idea of God makes them uncomfortable personally. God is a major speed bump on their super highway to their super state. Why? Because our founding documents set forth that our rights as humans pre-date the government of men, those rights cannot be abridged (at least easily). They come from God and are inalienable. Drive God out of the mix and rights will flow from government. Once that happens government will alter and abridge those rights because they can. Whether God exists or not he is necessary for the maintenance of freedom.

21. There is no such thing as the separation of church and state. That is a trick to intimidate people of faith. The founders feared a Church of the United States, not a manger scene outside the courthouse or red and green cookies in school. In using this canard as a tool to drive all God centered religion out of public life, the secular humanist actually establishes an official state religion. That religion is Atheism.

If sex between a man and a woman didn’t create the next generation of citizens there would be no need for a word to describe their relationship since civilization would have no interest in it. We would just hook up with each other and when we got bored move on. Gay activists understand this and it explains the headlong plunge into gay adoption as an attempt to legitimize the oxymoron, Gay Marriage.

The War on Drugs:

 The "War On Drugs" idea I believe came out of the first Bush.  The idea was to stop smugglers and drug importers by using the military  - Coast Guard et cetera.  Since then, We've spent literally tons of money and we've barely scratched the surface.  This mindless macho mentality has been expensive and ineffective.  The United States and others need to stop the mind altering drug madness and it's easy to do that.  I fail to understand why it has not been addressed sensibly.  Here's how to do it.  It's cheap (relative to what we've spent already) and affective.  The infrastructure is even already in place.

This will completely eliminate illicit drug trade, drug related crime.

1.  License physicians to diagnose drug addiction and prescribe dosages.

2.  Let the addict have the drug administered to him or her free at the local health clinic or hospital.  The can't take it with them, but they can have it administered on the site.

This eliminates the market. Drug peddlars would no longer find it profitable to addict new customers because the new addicts could get it free at the hospital.  They would no longer have to break into my home or knock me over the head to steal my money. It would eliminate the problem in a short time.

This is NOT legalization.  This is a sensible -take control- solution.  Once all the drug addicts are signed for their free doses, they can be collected and dried out.  Something else we need to do is crop dust the opium crop in Afghanistan and the cocain crop in Colombia with non selective herbicide, periodically.

The Anti-American Civil Liberties Union has taken many steps to support the rights of Muslims to exercise their religious liberties in the United States. The have, also, taken many steps to oppress the religious liberties of Christian and Jewish people. The placement of a Christmas Tree or the Ten Commandments has been constantly attacked in every possible manner and place. The long practice of offering a prayer at the openings of such things as sporting events, graduations and school assemblies in the Chistian-Judeo custom has been harshly attacked and for the most part eliminated. Yet the ACLU vehemently supports the public funding of foot washing facilities for Muslims in schools and airports – as a beginning…

The ACLU is consistent in its stated efforts of destroying the American culture. Their chosen hero this time, since the Soviet Union has fallen, is Islam, the Worshipers of Death, by their own words. Muslim mothers urge their children to die then celebrate their martyrdom with sweets and the singing of wedding songs. Young Muslim women are strapping bombs to their bellies, some of them pregnant. Then hand in hand with their infant children they blow themselves up in crowds because they have been taught to love Death. Hassan Nasralla, the leader of Hezbollah is quoted in the Wall Street Journal (3/3/2008) as saying, “We are going to win because they love life and we love death.” Osama Bin Ladan is quoted as saying to a news reporter, “We love death. The U.S. loves life. That is the big difference between us." Afgani Al Quaeda operative Maulana Inyadulla said, “The Americans love Pepsi-Cola, we love death." Sheik Feiz Mohammed, leader of the Global Islamic Youth Center in Sydney Australia preaches, “We want to have children and offer them as soldiers defending Islam. Teach them this: There is nothing more beloved to me than wanting to die as a mujihid.”

This is what the ACLU is supporting. It has done everything it can do to destroy us. It has weakened the public school system in the United States that was once the best in the world. It did this by leading people to think that children have freedom of speech and expression. Until they are eighteen, they don’t. They are subject to their parents and their teachers. It did this by taking away from the schools the right to control its students. It did this by taking away from parents the right to control their children and it went further, leading parents to believe they were wrong to ever try to do so. Today, children can and do anything they want in the public schools, nearly impervious to retribution or having to accept responsibility for their actions. They’re only children, afterall. But those children are old enough to make each other pregnant under the stair-wells and they do. They’re old enough to deal drugs and bring them to school with them. When they aren’t imaginative enough to buy their own drugs, the parents buy into this Attention Deficit nonsense and buy them downers. The children are even killing each other in the schools and fools blame those killings on the right to bear arms. Children don’t have the right to bear arms, and today, neither do their teachers, thanks to the ACLU.

Islam has made itself a scourge on today’s world. The ACLU has made itself a scourge on American Freedom. If Islam so loves death, they should be assisted in every way possible to achieve what they so want and love. The ACLU, Islam’s chief warrior in today’s America should be reigned in. They are officially listed as a subversive organization by Homeland Security and they should be and it should be expressly forbidden for subversive organizations to litigate on behalf of interests unrelated to their stated goals, “The downfall of the United States of America.” Judges who support their outrageous litigations against our freedoms should be immediately removed from office and perhaps punished.  See Petitions.
